This role will be predominately working from home with a view of attending the office for meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
Acting as a primary point of contact for Command Teams and Senior Managers
Managing email inboxes and prioritizing communications
Arranging meetings and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared in advance
Taking accurate meeting minutes and tracking action points
Coordinating and maintaining diaries, including booking travel and accommodation as needed
Providing high levels of customer service to internal and external stakeholdersWhat We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to take minutes and manage diaries effectively
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail
Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role
A willingness to travel within Sussex and Surrey
The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Note: The role will require you to undergo a vetting process to meet the organization's standards.
