We’re looking for an experienced and driven Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day operations and help deliver against key performance targets.
Key duties:

Supporting operational performance and team delivery

Managing warehouse workflows and inventory (inbound & outbound)

Improving procedures and driving efficiency

Supporting customer-focused operational improvements

Ensuring compliance with operational standards
Key Skills
-
Strong background in warehousing or operations

Experience with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office

Excellent organisational and communication skills
-
Ability to prioritise, delegate, and lead effectively

Proactive problem-solving mindset
-
UK driving licence is essential

FLT desirable (Training provided)
