Warehouse Assistant (Llansantffraid SY22 6AQ)

Role Overview:
Wynnstay Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Agricultural Warehouse Assistant at our busy Llansantffraid Depot, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service for our valued farmer customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take the helm of a well-established and respected store at the heart of a rural community. Responsibilities:

Service customers and provide advice (where qualified) in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner

Carry out warehouse duties including receiving and stacking goods, order picking, paperwork, and assisting customers with bulky items and vehicle loading (safely)

Stock shelves, rotate stock, and assist with merchandising

Assist with accurate and timely stocktaking

Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently

Provide general support to product specialists and other team members

Support promotional campaigns

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store yard, gardens, and overall site

Be flexible to provide cover at other stores when required

Meet agreed performance objectives through the appraisal process

Carry out any other reasonable duties as required

Adhere to all company policies and procedures
What we’re looking for:
Essential:

Ability to perform a manual handling role

Willingness to operate a forklift safely and undertake training if not already licensed

Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative

Good customer care skills.
