Kitchen Assistant
Salary: £9.75 - £12.75 p/hr

Role Summary
You’ll be a Kitchen Assistant who helps keep the kitchen moving properly.
This role is about support, pace and strong habits. You help with prep, cleanliness, setup and service support
so the kitchen stays organised and ready when it gets busy.
You are here to learn fast, work hard and do the basics right every shift.

What you’ll be doing
● Supporting prep and kitchen setup before service
● Helping keep sections clean, organised and stocked
● Following food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures
● Assisting the kitchen team during busy services
● Supporting deliveries, stock rotation and waste control
● Learning new kitchen skills and building strong habits every day
What you bring
● Great work ethics and team energy
● A real interest in food and kitchen work
● Willingness to learn and take direction well
● Strong standards around cleanliness and organisation
● The ability to stay calm and useful when it gets busy
● Previous kitchen experience is helpful, but not essential
Food Truck & Events
We also run occasional off-site shifts through our food trucks. Think corporate jobs, food events and festivals.
They are not part of the weekly routine, but opportunities do come up across the year. They are a fun extra part of the business and a chance to back the wider brand.
