Customer Service Advisor
Location: Leeds, LS16 6QY (Office-Based Role)
Salary: £30,000 Per Annum + Company Bonus
Start Date: May 2026
Hours of Work: Between 8.00am - 5.00am - Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good at making connections over email and phone.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce / CRM tools, experience in Sage & Microsoft 365 tools
