Job Title: Production Operative
Location: West Yorkshire
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (rising to £13.71 upon permanent contract after 13 weeks)
Progression:
£14.21 once trained across additional departments
£14.71 when fully trained and multi-skilled
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
30-minute unpaid lunch
2 x 10-minute paid breaks
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business within the plastics sector. The company operates across multiple departments on-site, offering a varied and hands-on working environment.
This is a physically demanding role, involving heavy manual work and the handling of large products throughout the production process. You will be working across different areas of the factory floor, supporting various stages of manufacturing, from preparation through to finishing and dispatch.
The business offers excellent progression opportunities, with the chance to be trained across multiple departments. As you develop your skillset and take on additional responsibilities, there are clear pay increases in place.

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial
