ESL Installer (Electronic Shelf Labels) – Nationwide Project
Location: West Yorkshire (Field-Based / Nationwide Travel)
Pay: £12.50 – £14.00 per hour (DOE)
Contract: Temporary (12-Week Project)
Hours: 50–60 hours per week
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting experienced ESL Installers (Electronic Shelf Labels) to support a large-scale nationwide retail roll-out over an 12-week period.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for individuals with experience in retail, merchandising, stock taking or installations, who are comfortable working on-site and travelling regularly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Installing and setting up Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) systems in retail stores
Mounting shelf edge strips and attaching labels accurately
Supporting stock checks and materials handling
Working as part of a team to meet tight project deadlines
Troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues where required
Ensuring all installations are completed to a high standard
Completing job sign-off using a mobile app What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in retail, merchandising, stock taking or similar hands-on roles
Strong attention to detail and practical skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual and able to work long shifts when required
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
Willingness to travel nationwide (approx. 75% of the role)
Basic IT skills for app-based reporting
Smartphone required for job sign-off What’s on Offer:
