Assembly Operative – Crick
Monday to Friday | Immediate Start Available
The Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives on behalf of our well-established client based in Crick. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team in a clean and supportive working environment.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07:30am – 16:00pm
Friday: 07:30am – 13:00pm
Early finish every Friday!
Pay Rate:
£12.71 per hour for the first 12 weeks
£13.55 per hour after 12 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling products to required specifications
Using hand tools and basic assembly equipment
Following technical instructions and diagrams
Conducting quality checks to ensure high standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
Previous assembly experience is essential
Good attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
