T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Coalville on a temporary to permanent basis.

Warehouse Operative Job Details & Benefits;

Monday – Friday – 10am - 6pm
£13.55 per hour
Annual performance and attendance bonus of up to £500

Warehouse Operative Duties;

Efficiently receive and check incoming deliveries, ensuring all goods are accurate, undamaged, and correctly documented before safely storing them in designated locations.
Replenish stock levels across the warehouse or shop floor to maintain product availability and support smooth day-to-day operations.
Carry out regular stock rotation in line with FIFO (First In, First Out) principles to ensure product freshness and compliance with date-sensitive requirements.
Conduct accurate and timely stock takes, identifying and investigating any discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
Accurately pick and prepare orders in line with customer or business requirements, ensuring items are correctly selected, packed, and ready for dispatch.
Maintain effective stock control procedures, monitoring inventory levels and reporting any shortages, damages, or inconsistencies to support efficient stock management.
