Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Family Support & Child Protection Team for the London Borough of Lambeth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage complex caseloads involving Child in Need and Child Protection cases.
- Undertake statutory assessments, including Section 47 investigations and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to safeguard children and support families.
- Work in partnership with multi-agency professionals to ensure coordinated service delivery.
- Prepare clear, analytical reports for court and statutory meetings.
- Chair and attend core group meetings, case conferences, and reviews.
- Support and mentor junior staff, contributing to a high-performing team environment.

Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with statutory requirements and local policies.

£39.04 p/h Umb
Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in children's social care
- Strong experience within Child Protection and Family Support services
- Social Work England Registration
