Warehouse Supervisor – Bespoke Joinery
Location: Essex
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
The Company
A specialist joinery manufacturer delivering high-quality bespoke solutions across residential and commercial projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse Supervisor to support their washroom division.
The Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining organisation, accuracy, and smooth logistics across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
Checking inbound goods and ensuring accuracy of deliveries
Booking goods in and out of the warehouse system
Breaking down and assembling pallets within goods in
Tracking goods and monitoring stock movement
Managing receiving and delivery requests
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment
About You
Some warehouse experience preferred (ideally within joinery or construction)
Good organisational and time management skills
Reliable and proactive with a hands-on approach
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Package & Benefits
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
