Location: LE10 2QB (Hinckley)
Role: Domiciliary Care Assistant
Working Hours:
- 1 hour every morning (domiciliary call)
- Additional hours available in care homes across Leicester and Coventry
Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. This role involves assisting service users with their daily routines while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Additional shifts can be offered in nearby care homes to provide more working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care in service users’ homes
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities
- Support with medication, meals, and mobility
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation
- Build positive relationships with service users and their families
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users at all times
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
- Previous experience in domiciliary care is essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, caring, and professional attitude
