Our client, a leading aerospace engineering firm based in Rochester, are looking to recruit Production Operatives to assist in the manufacturing, assembly and testing of their products.
As a Production Operative in the Wax Assembly department main duties will include:

Assembly of wax moulds and wax runner systems

Use of machinery and hand tools
-
Handling delicate runner wax and soluble wax

Attaching riser system to the wax moulds

Quality checking products
-
Reporting any issues with production machinery to team leaders

Ensuring the work area is clean and tidy
The ideal production operative will have:
-
Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
-
A light touch as you are handling delicate materials
-
A good work ethic, strong attention to detail and excellent time keeping skills.
-
You must be physically fit as the role may involve periods of standing and some manual lifting.
-
Safety boots will be required, all other PPE provided
Hours of Work
Monday-Thursday 06:00am-4.30pm and Friday 06:00am-2.30pm. 48 hours a week.
Due to the location and 6am start time you will need a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
