Your new role
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide proactive, high-level support to senior leaders in a fast‑paced environment, acting as a trusted right-hand and key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.You'll take full ownership of complex diary management and forward planning, coordinating meetings, video calls and travel to ensure leaders are fully prepared and productive. You will manage meeting logistics end‑to‑end, including agendas, minutes and chasing actions to keep decisions moving and priorities on track.
The role will also involve inbox management and decision support, filtering and prioritising requests, taking actions where appropriate, and responding on behalf of leaders when empowered to do so. You'll produce high-quality correspondence, reports and presentations, and act as a professional gatekeeper with strong judgement, discretion and confidence handling sensitive information.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, supporting senior stakeholders. Strong organisation, attention to detail and confidence in managing multiple priorities are key, alongside excellent communication skills. You'll be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism.
