Sparkford | £12.71 per hour | Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday 7:30am-1:30pm | Full-Time
Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established and fast-paced manufacturing business in Sparkford. Key Duties
Follow all health and safety procedures and company regulations.
Operate and maintain factory machinery and equipment.
Assemble products using hand and air tools.
Inspect and test products to ensure they meet required specifications.
Package and label goods for internal and external distribution.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Support the optimisation of production processes.
Requirements
Previous experience in a factory or production environment is desirable.
Experience using machinery, hand tools, or production equipment is advantageous.
Strong work ethic with a reliable and conscientious approach.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Effective time management and organisational skills.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
What We Offer
£12.71 per hour.
Full-time, stable working hours with early finish on Fridays.
