We are a collaborative team that prizes the sharing of good practice. While we have a wealth of existing resources, we welcome fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to help our students reach their full potential.
The Role
As a Graduate Assistant, you will be fully immersed in the life of a premier boarding school. Your core responsibilities will include:

Teaching: Delivering high-quality lessons (approximately 0.6 of a full load) to students in Years 9-11, with potential A-Level opportunities for the right candidate.
-
Mentorship: Acting as a Tutor within a Boarding House and supporting our vibrant co-curricular programme.
-
Academic Support: Contributing to the Classical Society, assisting with clinics, and helping organize trips to classical sites across the UK and Europe.

Regular, constructive lesson observations to build your confidence.
-
A proven track record of graduates transitioning into permanent teaching roles or extending their tenure.
