Job Title: QA Administrator
Role Type: Full-time, permanent.
Salary: £31,000 - £34,000 per year (Dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (8am until 4:30pm) and Friday (8am until 3:30pm)
Overview
The QA Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Quality Department by ensuring accurate control, review, and compilation of all incoming and outgoing documentation. This role is essential in maintaining compliance with quality standards and supporting smooth communication between suppliers, internal teams, and customers.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure all quality and workmanship standards comply with BS EN ISO 9001 requirements at all times

Manage and control incoming supplier documentation through internal systems

Review supplier certifications against internal and customer specifications

Liaise with suppliers to obtain and provide pre-manufacture documentation to customers

Track and follow up on documentation issues with suppliers and customers

Review and verify internal certification documentation

Create and maintain Quality Notifications for internal issues and customer concessions

Control document rejections both internally and with suppliers

Prepare, compile, and submit quality documentation packages to customers

Authorise internal documents, including purchase orders and serialisation details

Effectively utilise the ERP system to support quality processes

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the QA Administrator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely review and submission of documentation related to product conformity.

Qualifications & Experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)

Previous experience in quality or certification administration

Auditing experience is desirable but not essential
