You will need to have the following:

Organisational skills – able to deal with numbers of jobs at once

Strong customer service experience

Able to deal with problems calmly and quickly keeping in mind the best resolution for the customer and company

Confident with excel and emails

Working well with others and keeping up strong lines of communication

Dealing with emails and telephone quotes.
Full time, Permanent. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
