Role and Responsibilities

Monitor stock levels and work closely with stock control

Identify slow and fast-moving stock and act on risks

Raise and manage purchase orders

Track orders and provide clear updates

Handle supplier returns, credits, and warranty issues

Support import and export activity, including customs paperwork

Coordinate logistics and urgent deliveries

Maintain accurate records for goods and stock

Support the Procurement Manager and provide cover when needed
Key Requirements

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Clear communication skills

Confident working with numbers and data

Good Excel skills

Able to manage workload and meet deadlines

Team player with a proactive approach

ERP system knowledge is helpful but not essential
