What does the role involve?

Carrying out all supportive administration functions within the Transport department and the planners on site

Managing the in-house systems and databases
-
Liaising sand communicating with others within the Customers on the phone

Managing and maintaining office files
-
Ensuring high levels of customer service with our clients and ensuring a high level of performance is maintained at all times.

Ensure that all jobs are documented correctly.

Assisting the department that from and documentation perspective the department is compliant
Your Experience
-
Experience within a Transport Department would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided

Can multi-Task and prioritise duties.

Strong IT Experience (Excel and Word)
