Warehouse Operative – Cable Preparation
Location: Southall
Pay Rate: £12.71-16.50 per hour
Hours: 9AM-5PM
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operatives to join a busy production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are hands-on and comfortable working with small components and tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparing cables by placing heatshrink and protective boots on both ends

Stripping cables and removing filler material using flush cutters

Labelling cables and applying heatshrink using a heat gun

Assisting with cable cutting and tagging cables to specified lengths

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:

Good attention to detail and manual dexterity

Ability to use basic hand tools (e.g. cutters, heat guns)

Previous warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
