Hours: Monday - Sunday, 12pm - 8:00pm (rota basis incl. weekends)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for registered Healthcare Professionals to join a growing Medical Customer Care team, supporting patients using prescribed weight loss medication.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step away from traditional clinical settings and apply your expertise in a modern, digital healthcare environment. You will provide support, reassurance, and clinical guidance via live chat and inbound calls, ensuring a high standard of patient care at all times.
Key Responsibilities

Provide clinically accurate support to patients regarding weight loss treatments

Handle inbound enquiries via live chat and phone in a professional and empathetic manner

Assess patient symptoms and determine appropriate advice or escalation

Follow clinical protocols, guidelines, and internal procedures

Accurately document all patient interactions in line with GDPR and confidentiality standards
Requirements

Must hold a valid UK registration with NMC, HCPC or GPhC

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to explain clinical information clearly and confidently

Comfortable using digital systems and working remotely

Able to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

Flexible to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis
