The Opportunity
Teleios Recruitment is supporting a client in hiring a Logistics Administrator to join their operations team.
This is a key role focused on ensuring daily transport and dispatch activities are executed smoothly, accurately, and on time.
The Logistic Administrator Role
You’ll be responsible for turning daily logistics plans into action—preparing documentation, coordinating shipments, and keeping operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage dispatch documentation

Coordinate daily shipments and transport bookings

Work closely with warehouse teams and transport providers

Maintain accurate system and administrative records

Monitor activity and flag any issues or delays
About You

Experience in logistics, transport, or administration (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Organised and able to meet deadlines

Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment

Confident using systems such as Excel or ERP
