Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm working hours

Managing warranty claims from initiation to completion with accuracy and efficiency
Liaising with manufacturers and warranty providers to process and authorise claims as a Warranty Administrator
Maintaining comprehensive records of all warranty transactions and communication
Ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies, procedures, and deadlines
Providing support to the dealership service team and ensuring high levels of customer service
Keeping up-to-date with warranty policies and procedures to ensure seamless processingRequirements:
Proven experience as a Warranty Administrator within the automotive industry
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a busy dealership environment
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with dealership warranty systems and processes
