Description
As an Operational Support Administrator, you will support the Operational team with day to day administration tasks to support the delivery of work to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sending Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) to the client.
- Creating job packs to send through to depots.
- Chasing for client POs.
- Dealing with on the day queries, chasing depot for site photos of installations/ making sure permit boards are in place and evidencing this with client.
- Updating tracker with progress updates/POs.
- Liaising with Streetworks team on planned works.
- Raising VO/Abort claims as required and following up for the POs.
- Assisting with invoice queries.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous Traffic Management experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Experience in a similar role would be essential
