Executive Assistant - Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including complex diary management, scheduling, and prioritisation of meetings.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
- Act as a key point of contact, managing correspondence, screening calls, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents to a high standard.
- Support with project coordination, ensuring deadlines and key deliverables are met.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive business and personal matters.
Executive Assistant - Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at senior leadership level.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general digital tools.
- Discreet, professional, and proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Experience within property, investment, or professional services environments is advantageous.
