A lovely two-form entry primary school in the Barnet borough of North London is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team for an immediate start.
This is a full-time, term-time only role, working from 8:15am to 3:45pm, initially until July, with the strong potential to continue into September.
You will work closely alongside an experienced Nursery Teacher and Nursery Nurse, supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
The Role:
Supporting teaching and learning within a Nursery setting
Assisting with planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
Encouraging positive behaviour and social development
Working collaboratively as part of an established Early Years teamThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working within an EYFS setting (school or nursery)
A solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum
A proactive, enthusiastic approach and the ability to engage young children effectively
Strong communication and teamwork skillsAdditional Information:
