Search are currently recruiting for Part Time Payroll Assistant to join a growing business based in Kirklees. This role will be supporting the Payroll Manager with end to end payroll processing.
Job Duties:
Assist with payroll processing for weekly, fortnightly and monthly for a portfolio of clients
Inputting payroll data into the system ensuring accuracy at all times
Supporting with auto pension enrolment
Processing of starters and leavers, P45's , P60's and P11d's
Liaise with HMRC directly for payroll submission
Responding to any payroll queries that ariseSuccessful candidate will posses:
Worked in a similar role previously
Working knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC submissions
Attention to detail
Ability to work to timed deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Microsoft proficientWhats on offer:
Negotiation salary based on experience
25 hours per week
28 days inclusive of bank holidays
