Our client is looking for an organised and people-focused HR Administrator who thrives on variety and takes real pride in getting the detail right.

From keeping HR processes running smoothly to bringing their culture to life through events and communications, no two days will be the same.

This position is full time from 8am to 5pm, office based.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support the full employee lifecycle while ensuring our HR operations run efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
Your responsibilities will include:

Acting as the Workday champion, managing all employee lifecycle changes (starters, leavers, contractual updates)

Maintaining accurate employee records across systems, ensuring GDPR compliance

Supporting key HR processes such as onboarding, inductions, probation reviews, and leaver procedures

Managing the HR inbox and providing a responsive, professional service to colleagues and managers

Assisting with Employee Relations administration and documentation

Producing HR reports, insights, and presentations using HR systems and Excel
You’ll also play an important role in shaping culture by:

Coordinating engagement activities, celebrations, and awareness events

Creating engaging internal communications, blogs, and content

Supporting wellbeing initiatives and employee forums

Helping to manage and promote engagement platforms and initiatives
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an HR administration role, with a solid understanding of core HR processes

Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage a wide range of stakeholders

A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently

Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information

Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and HR systems (Workday experience is a plus)

Creativity and enthusiasm for employee engagement, communications, or events (Canva experience is beneficial)
