Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
Our Client is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Telesales & Customer Service Executive to join their Internal Sales team. This role combines telesales, customer service, and sales support responsibilities, playing a key part in managing customer enquiries, supporting the sales function, and contributing to revenue growth.
You will act as a first point of contact for customers, delivering a high standard of service while also identifying opportunities to generate leads, follow up quotations, and add value through upselling and cross‑selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service

Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email.

Provide timely, professional support and resolve issues or escalate where appropriate.

Manage after‑sales care, including delivery updates and customer follow‑ups.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a consistently positive experience.
Telesales & Sales Support

Assign inbound leads to the appropriate Regional Sales Managers.

Generate new leads through proactive communication and market research.

Prepare, issue and follow up on customer quotations and proposals.

Track outstanding quotes and proactively support conversion to orders.

Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities during customer interactions.

Where required, manage leads from initial enquiry through to order completion.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records within the CRM system.
About You:

Previous experience in customer service, telesales, sales support or a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional manner.

Strong organisational and time‑management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Proactive problem‑solver with a customer‑focused mindset.

Experience using CRM systems.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.
