Warehouse Operative - Chichester - Permanent
Pay: £14.17 per hour
Hours: 12‑hour shifts, rotating days and nights
Wild Recruitment are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our Client based in Chichester who are a leading manufacturer of prepared salads and "food-to-go" for supermarkets and retailers,
Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack orders using a handheld scanner
Safely lift, move and handle goods throughout the shift
General warehouse duties including stock movement and loading
Using a pump truck
Operating a forklift (licence desirable; training provided after probation if needed)
Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail while working on your feet all day What We're Looking For
Experience working in a warehouse environment
The ability to safely lift and move goods - this is a physical role
Confidence using a pump truck
A forklift licence is desirable (training provided post‑probation if not already qualified)
You must be 18 or over for insurance purposes
Comfortable working in a cold environment Shift Pattern
This role operates on a 2‑week rotating shift pattern:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday
Shift Times: 07:00 - 19:00
Two weeks on days followed by two weeks on nights.
