Job role:- Trainee Service Admin Advisor[Automotive]
Location:- Southampton
Salary:- £28,000 OTE £38,000
We’re recruiting fo Trainee Service Admin / Advisor in the Southampton area to join one of the UK's top Premium Dealership Group's.
You'll be a representative of a well-known Iconic franchise, calling customers into the workshop for repairs, services and MOT's. One of the more fulfilling aspects here is helping a huge variety of clients, and alongside your customer service skills [and a strong admin background] you'll take care of the day-to-day invoicing and preparation for the Workshop.
Do well, and you'll become an Accredited Brand Ambassador - which is recognised in any of their Franchised Dealerships around the world, and progress further within the Group too.
Basic Salary up to £28,000 OTE £38,000
Mon - Fri 8-6pm Monday to Friday only
Company training and excellent benefits, including access to a CBS car scheme.
Training with the brand will be given, and seeing as you'll most like be rubbing shoulders with the Service Advisor's, you'll see progression and success in the future too.
Requirements?
Experience at any level in the Motor Trade, ideally in a customer-facing role.
Be able to deal with a million-and-one admin tasks, whilst making phone calls updating customers on the status of their vehicle.
Have some form of experience in a role that involves some level of suggestive selling techniques.
