This opportunity is for a Technical Assistant where you can work alongside an established team pulling in the same direction.You would use your technical experience to support with This position requires a strong understanding of specification writing, artwork approval and customer on line portal systems.
Repsonsibilites

Responsible for artwork and specification approval & updates

Updating specifications on customer portals

Arrange collection & testing such as shelf life and various chemical testing, logs and trent results for KPI reporting

Support the Technical Manager with site & customer audits
-
Assist with traceability & mass balance exercise during customer audits.
Requirements
-
A good working knowledge of current BRC standard
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations.

Familiarity with online customer specification systems / portals
-
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for communication with suppliers, customers, staff and audit situations.

Ability to create and update customer and product specifications
-
Level 3 HACCP and Food Safety or willing to work towards
