We are working with a fantastic company on the outskirts of Leeds who are looking for a Customer Service support to join their team during a busy period. This fully office-based role will require the successful applicant to manage a high volume of inbound, customer calls as well as managing all associated administrative tasks. This is an ongoing temporary role, where the following duties will be included;
Answering and actioning all incoming calls
Processing orders
Dealing with all enquiries
Updating CRM
Managing stock levels with warehouse teams
All ad hoc administrative support
This is a busy, ongoing role, the successful candidate will be able to commit on an ongoing basis to support through this busy period. The successful applicant will have;
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
At least 2 years customer service experience within a phone-based role
Strong administration experience
Proficient in all MS Office packages
