We are seeking an experienced and organised Administrator to join our client’s well-established and highly successful company. This is a key Administrator role within the organisation, contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of administrative operations as well as dealing directly with clients and business stakeholders.
Key Administrator Responsibilities

Help oversee the daily administrative functions across the organisation

Provide support to senior leadership and management teams

Maintain and improve office systems, procedures, and workflows

Manage confidential data, documents and records with discretion

Support budgeting, reporting, and project coordination activities

Handle correspondence, queries, and stakeholder communications efficiently
Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication abilities – ability to liaise at all levels

Computer/PC literate with strong typing skills
