The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support the financial operations of our group. This is a varied role offering exposure to multiple entities, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your accounting skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Cashflow

Assist with preparation and management of group and entity-level cashflows

Support weekly and month-end reporting processes

Analyse financial data to support business decisions
Reconciliations & Controls
-
Perform balance sheet reconciliations across group companies
-
Complete bank and credit card reconciliations

Process employee expenses
-
Support payroll-related accounting, including PAYE journals
Invoicing & Intercompany

Prepare and reconcile intercompany invoices
-
Maintain intercompany accounting records and matrices

Manage subcontractor and specialist invoicing
Month-End & General Support
About You
Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a finance or accounts role

Strong understanding of reconciliations and accounting processes

Good Excel skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Full right to work in the UK
