Job Role: Mobile Technical Cleaning Operative
Location: Birmingham / Coventry (West Midlands mobile depending on call-outs) (B33 8RR)
Job type: Permanent, Full Time
Contracted: 35 hours, 3 days on - 3 days off (including weekends)
Salary: £13.00 – £17.50 per hour (rates dependent on shift type and operational requirements)
Pay rates include:
• £13.00 per hour – day rate
• £14.00 per hour – night rate
• £17.50 per hour – biohazard rate

The Role
As a Mobile Cleaning Operative, you will ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across multiple contracts, ensuring all operational requirements are met to the highest standards. The role requires flexibility, professionalism and the ability to work independently to maintain a clean, safe and compliant environment within sites.
Key responsibilities include:
• Carrying out general cleaning tasks, including handling biohazards in police facilities.
• Delivery our services on customer sites in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
• Follow strict Health & Safety procedures and instructions.
Essential Requirements:
• This role requires flexibility to work varied shifts and the ability to move between locations.
• Follow all security procedures, site access rules and data protection guidelines.
• Must be willing to have the Level 2 Police Clearance, which will be paid for by the company.
• Valid driver’s license (category B) and a willingness to travel is essential to this role.
