The Role
As a Customer Service Tutor, you will deliver engaging, face-to-face sessions to unemployed learners working towards a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service.

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering interactive and accessible Level 2 customer service training

Supporting learners with varying levels of confidence and experience

Creating a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment

Tracking learner progress and providing constructive feedback

Encouraging employability skills and workplace readiness
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a tutor who combines strong subject knowledge with empathy and enthusiasm for supporting adult learners.
You will have:

Experience delivering Customer Service or employability-based training

A teaching or training qualification (e.g., PTLLS, AET, or equivalent)

Experience working with unemployed or entry-level learners

Strong communication and engagement skills

A passion for helping individuals overcome barriers to employment
