Production Operative – Precast Concrete

Hours: 6:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £35,100 per annum (based on 50 hours per week)
Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for Factory Operatives to join a busy precast concrete manufacturing site. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and comfortable in a physical working environment.
This role involves hands-on production work and would suit candidates with previous experience in factory, construction, or other manual roles.
Key Responsibilities

Working with concrete and moulds in a production environment

Assisting in the manufacture of precast concrete products

Manual handling of materials and equipment

Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Requirements

Previous experience in factory, construction, or manual work preferred

Physically fit and able to carry out repetitive tasks

Reliable with good timekeeping

Willing to work in a busy, sometimes noisy and dusty environment
