Key Responsibilities
-
Managing casework across bonds, investments, and DB, DC, and SIPP pension schemes
-
Processing high volumes of transactions accurately and efficiently
-
Ensuring all work is compliant and audit-ready

Maintaining clear and accurate case records

Handling queries and working closely with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
-
2–5+ years’ experience in pensions administration
-
Experience working with bonds, investments, and/or DB, DC, and SIPP schemes
-
Strong systems and case management skills
-
Ability to manage high-volume workloads with a high level of accuracy

Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
