TEMP TO PERM ROLE**
Join our client who are a leading global provider of heat treatment and thermal processing, based in Hereford. We are recruiting for PROCESS OPERATIVE'S. With training provided along with career progression, the position is of an immediate start working a continental shift.
Duties Include:
Machine setting and operation
Planning efficient loading and unloading of equipment
Supporting preventative maintenance activities
Ensuring site is kept secure at all times
Reporting deficiencies/faults in equipment performance
Relaying to management of any problems or opportunities as they arise Benefits:

Overtime available at Time and a Half Shifts:
3 week shift pattern of days and nights averaging at 39 hours per week.
Days 7am-7pm (Monday to Friday)
Nights 7pm-7am (Monday to Friday) Pay Rate:
£13.98 per hour
