Executive Assistant
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £33 N(umbrella)
Contract Length: 6 months
Working Pattern: Full Time, hybrid working 3 days in office based in E1
Key Responsibilities:
Organise and manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments while prioritising conflicting demands.
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and completion.
Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Create and edit reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Assist with various projects as needed, providing research and administrative support to ensure successful outcomes.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the financial or insurance sectors.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
