Major Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Production Operative to join a busy and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous production experience who is looking for a stable, full-time role with consistent weekday hours.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Role Overview
As a Production Operative, you will play an important role in the day-to-day production process, ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard. You will be working as part of a fast-paced team, supporting production output and helping to maintain quality throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Working in the warehouse and production within a busy manufacturing environment.
Assisting with mixing chemicals, following successful completion of the required training.
Carrying out general production duties as required.
Ensuring products are handled, processed, and prepared correctly.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area.
Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
Working to production targets and quality standards.
Supporting the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.About You
Previous production or manufacturing experience is essential.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Punctual and committed to consistent attendance.
