Office Administrator (Part-Time – 12 Month Contract)

Salary: £14.00 per hour
Hours: 25 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Office Administrator to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Birkenhead.
With production volumes continuing to increase year on year, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and collaborative team where reliability and quality are highly valued.

8 hours on Fridays and at month-end (excluding holidays)

Remaining 17 hours to be agreed

12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover)

33 days holiday (including statutory bank holidays, pro rata)

Opportunity to work additional hours covering sickness and holidays
Key Responsibilities

Scanning and uploading documents into SAP system

Checking and processing invoices within SAP

Sending processed documentation to head office in Hamburg

Ordering office stationery and supplies
-
Supporting accruals and finance administration
-
Creating Purchase Order Requests (PORs)

Providing general administrative and clerical support
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

Numerate and literate with strong attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ideally experienced with SAP and invoice processing

A strong team player with a proactive approach

Able to use initiative and suggest solutions to improve processes
