Contract Maternity Cover, 9 Months (Option to Extend)

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of UK’s leading construction companies. They are looking to recruit someone to play a key role in supporting their main office. You will be assisting the office with tracking expenses, holidays, sick leave, etc as well as welcoming guests, accepting deliveries, booking meeting rooms, etc.

The Candidate
The successful individual will have worked as an Office Administrator or as a Receptionist / Front of House with Administration experience. You will be an enthusiastic, can-do type of person that brings positive energy to everything you do.
Key Experience

Previously worked as an office administrator or receptionist / front of house in an office-based environment.

Experience using Excel Spreadsheets.

Excellent General IT, Numeracy and Communications skills are required.
Key Accountabilities:

Manage the front of house by welcoming guests and accepting deliveries.

Support the office by booking meeting rooms, catering, etc.

Use Excel Spreadsheets to track expenses, holidays, sick leave, etc.
