IMH Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Receptionists to join our client’s Family Hubs in Barnsley.
Key Duties:

Provide a welcoming, professional reception service to families and professionals (face-to-face, phone & email)

Deliver high-quality customer service and handle enquiries efficiently

Provide general and complex administrative support
-
Manage bookings, meeting rooms, agendas and minutes
-
Handle post, filing (manual & electronic) and data entry
-
Support financial processes including invoices, petty cash and record keeping
-
Maintain stock levels and office supplies
-
Work collaboratively within a multi-agency team
Requirements:
-
4 GCSEs (A–C) or equivalent, or substantial relevant experience
-
Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
-
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
-
Willingness to work flexibly and undertake training
Hours & Pay:
-
Monday to Friday | Service hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm

£14.82 per hour | Weekly pay via agency

1 x Full Time Role – until 22/05/2026

1 x Part Time Role – until 05/06/2026 (hours discussed at interview)
