About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting mortgage advisers and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients from application through to completion.
Key Responsibilities

Managing mortgage applications from submission to completion

Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to gather required documentation

Ensuring all files are compliant with regulatory requirements

Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records

Providing administrative support to mortgage advisers

Chasing outstanding documents and keeping cases on track

Delivering excellent customer service throughout the process
Requirements

Previous experience in a mortgage or financial services administration role (preferred)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Knowledge of mortgage processes and compliance (desirable)
