What you should know

At present, we're managing 11,000 homes across 12 luxury residential developments in London and are in search of a Sky Pool Host to join us at Embassy Gardens in contributing to our vision.

Hours: 10:00 – 21:00 / Days
Shift Pattern: 4 on - 4 off
Location: SW11, Vauxhall
Contract: 40 hpw/ 6 Months FTC
What you'll do

To provide a quality service to the residents with job tasks and individual requests dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.

To check residents in to the facility using the booking system.

To manage the bookings/reservations for the facilities on Level 10.

To work with the Fitness Team and do hourly changing room checks.

To always assist with the security of residents and the building, ensuring that the safety of all residents and visitors is maintained.

To be responsible for the supply of towels/slippers/robes for the residents if requested via booking process.

To cooperate with the Fitness Team in making sure the operations on Level 10 run smoothly and effectively.

Responsible to co-ordinate with Darby’s staff regarding available seating options in the Orangery.

To always answer the phone and to assist in addressing queries from resident/guests.

Answer all residents/guests questions and concerns. Deal with complaints professionally and effectively, where necessary refer to the appropriate person.

-Stock all laundry items and to manage the daily collection of dirty/clean laundry.

To be the first point of contact with the residents and to meet and greet all residents/guests.

Ensure you are always visible and available for residents/guests.

Complete daily end of day cash payments.
