We are looking for a professional and polished Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. You will be the first point of contact for all guests and colleagues, delivering a 5-star service and ensuring a warm, efficient, and secure welcome to the site.
Key Responsibilities

Meet and greet visitors, ensuring smooth and timely check-in.

Communicate with internal teams via email/phone and support their requests.

Maintain accurate guest records and building knowledge.

Provide proactive visual checks of communal areas and report issues via the FM Helpdesk.

Support colleagues across the FM team and promote best practice.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and security procedures at all times.

The hours will be 40 hours a week -but will need to be flexible to accomodate holiday and sick leave within your team.

Comfortable using email, phone systems, and visitor management software.

Understanding of basic Health & Safety and site security protocols.

Ability to work well within the wider FM team and support colleagues proactively.
