We are looking for a People Administrator to join our People and Culture team here at CV-Library! This role includes a wide range of administrative tasks; you will be part of the people operations and talent acquisition teams which supports 250+ colleagues globally!
As the first point of contact for our team, you'll play a vital role in keeping our HR department running smoothly. This is a perfect entry-level HR position where you'll learn the foundations of HR administration in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Employee Journey: Help welcome new joiners by setting up induction schedules and preparing offer letters and starter packs
- Master HR Systems: Gains hands-on experience with our HR database (HiBob), ensuring employee records, holidays and training data are kept up to date
- Manage HR Communication: Monitor the HR inbox and respond to everyday queries via email or Teams, building your professional communication skills along the way
- Maintain Digital Accuracy: Keep our digital filing systems organised and assist with data checks (audit) to ensure everything is accurate and compliant
- Coordinate Recruitment Admin: Support the hiring process by helping with job advertisements and managing the internal approvals needed to grow our team
- Celebrate Milestones: Track key dates like work anniversaries and probation passes, ensuring our employees feel recognised for their hard work
- Create Professional Correspondence: You'll draft and format essential documents, from offer letters and contract changes to internal announcements, ensuring everything we send out is polished, accurate and professional
- Manage office inventory by ordering and replenishing kitchen supplies, snacks and stationery, while assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
What we're looking for
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: A proven ability to listen actively, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanour as the first point of contact for the HR team
- Excellent Attention to Detail: You take pride in double-checking names, dates and spelling before hitting ‘send'
- Great Writing Skills: You can write clear, professional emails and have a good grasp of grammar
- Tech Savvy: You're comfortable using MS Office (Word and Excel) and are excited to learn new systems like our HR platform, HiBob
- Strong organisation: You enjoy keeping things tidy, whether it's your own to-do list or our digital filing system
- Reliability and Discretion: You understand that HR involves sensitive information and can be trusted to handle it with care
